Our target population to serve are homeless persons
(or near homeless) who have no medical insurance
whatsoever.
The Medical Director is Dr. Rolf Nesse. There will be
one doctor, one RN and one screener (Social worker or RN
etc.) at each clinic.
There will be no narcotic pain medications available
or on premises. Acute medical care will be referred to
the emergency room.
Interested parties should contact Fresh Start staff
including volunteer interns, social workers and/or Gary
A. Edwards to answer a few simple eligibility questions
to get a referral or accepted for treatment.

doctor come to the Fresh Start Office, 418 Coeur d’Alene
Ave., Coeur d’Alene, Idaho between 1 and 4 pm Mondays
through Thursdays, or Friday and Saturday from 9 am to 4
pm.
